At Roek PT we offer Ha(r)tha Yoga and Relax Yoga, each with their own character. Whether you want to recover or deeply relax, there’s always a class that matches your needs and level.
Ha(r)tha Yoga by JJ
In a world that seems to be getting harder, this class helps you soften without becoming passive. Softness requires conscious, loving strength. This hatha class is suitable for all levels: you get options, you choose what suits you. Through postures, breath and meditation you return to your heart, your humanness… in which you are already complete.
Result: More awareness, inner calm and the strength to live from your heart.
Relax Yoga by JJ and Fora
A gentle yoga class where relaxation and recovery take centre stage. You can expect a mix of gentle yoga styles, such as yin, restorative, nidra, meditation and breathwork, tailored to what the moment calls for. This activates your body’s natural rest & digest mode. Think of it as the cool-down of your day: tension melts away, your batteries recharge, and you find your natural balance again.
Result: Deep rest, clarity and a calm energy.

Which yoga style is right for me?
That depends on what you’re looking for. Ha(r)tha Yoga is calmer with attention to breath, helping you soften through conscious strength. Relax Yoga is all about deep relaxation and recovery. Not sure? Just try one and discover what suits you.
I’m not flexible, can I still join?
Absolutely. Yoga is meant to help you become more flexible. Our teachers always offer variations so that the class is accessible for every body.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
No, you don’t. Mats and props such as blocks and blankets are available in the studio. A bottle of water is recommended though. You’re of course welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Is there space to change?
Yes, there’s space to change in the studio. So you don’t have to arrive in your workout clothes.
How big are the groups?
We intentionally keep the groups small so there’s personal attention for everyone. This way the teacher can help you with postures and offer adjustments where needed.
Can I combine yoga with other workouts at Roek?
Absolutely. Many of our members combine yoga with personal training or kickboxing. Yoga is a perfect complement to more intensive workouts.
