Kickboxing
Technique, safety and fun are central to our kickboxing classes. Whether you’re an adult looking to work on your fitness or you want your child to grow in self-confidence: with us you train without egos and with respect for each other.
Kickboxing Adults
Our kickboxing classes are designed for everyone who wants to train technically, safely and with enjoyment — from absolute beginner to experienced athlete. No intimidation, no egos, no hassle. Just good training. We work with a strong technical foundation: punch and kick combinations, stance, footwork, balance and coordination. You train on heavy bags, kick pads and in controlled partner drills, but always with respect for each other and without unnecessary shows of force.
The workouts are physically challenging, focused on endurance, strength, core stability and mobility, but always adaptable to your level. This way everyone can join and grow at their own pace. Our approach is expert, accessible and no-nonsense: sharp training, with focus and fun.
Kickboxing Youth
Our youth kickboxing classes are built on three pillars: technique, safety and respect. No sparring, no macho behaviour, but fun, focus and an expert approach. Children learn the right basic techniques with us, alternated with fun and challenging combinations. We work on heavy bags, kick pads and sometimes with each other, but always controlled and without it becoming a test of strength. The emphasis is on stance, coordination, control and developing a strong, stable core, back and arms.
Our trainer has years of proven experience with youth training and knows exactly how to motivate children without pressure, competition or tension. Parents are always welcome to attend the class. That’s not only nice, but also shows that your child is truly in good hands.
