During a no-obligation conversation we discuss your goals, any injuries and what you want to achieve. We see if there’s a good fit and create a plan that works with your schedule.

I have an injury or physical limitation. Can I still train?

Absolutely. We specialise in rehabilitation and adapted training. Especially with an injury, the right guidance is essential to get strong again without overloading yourself.

How many times a week should I train?

That depends entirely on your goals and lifestyle. Some people train once a week for maintenance, others choose two or three times a week. We decide together what works for you.
