Active Aging
An accessible and thoughtfully designed training class where healthy aging and vitality are central. In a calm and safe environment we work on strength, balance, mobility and coordination. The physical qualities that help maintain independence and confidence in everyday life.
The exercises are functional and adapted to what the body needs in the moment. Expect controlled strength movements, stability exercises and simple coordination drills that improve balance and help reduce the risk of falls.
By gradually making the body stronger and more stable, confidence in your own body naturally grows. Movement becomes something to look forward to again.
Classes are taught in small groups, with personal attention, professional guidance, patience and a good dose of enjoyment.

What age group is Active Aging suitable for?
There is no minimum or maximum age. The class is designed for anyone who wants to work on strength, balance and mobility in a safe and responsible way. Whether you are 55 or 85, the exercises are adapted to your level.
Do I need to be fit to join?
No. The class is specifically designed for people who want to start (or restart) exercising. We always start from what you can do and build up step by step.
How large are the groups?
We deliberately work in small groups so that there is personal attention and guidance for everyone. This way we can tailor every exercise to your abilities.
Does this class help prevent falls?
Yes. An important part of the class focuses on improving balance, coordination and stability. These are exactly the physical qualities that contribute to fall prevention.
Can I join if I have joint issues or a prosthesis?
