A powerful, flowing workout designed especially for women. Slow Burn combines pilates, yoga, deep stretch, balance, flow and core for a strong, supple and mindful body. The slow, controlled movements create depth, focus and balance. The class ends with a relaxing deep stretch, breathwork and a moment of rest: a complete reset for body and mind.

Is Slow Burn suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. The focus is on controlled movements and exploring your own boundaries. Everyone works at her own level.
What is the difference between Slow Burn and yoga?
Slow Burn combines elements of pilates, yoga, deep stretch, balance and core in one flowing class. It’s more intensive than most yoga classes but calmer than a standard fitness class. The class always ends with deep relaxation.
Do I need to be flexible or fit already?
No. The combination of movement and stretch is exactly what makes you stronger and more flexible. We adapt all exercises to your current level.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, you don’t. Mats and supplies are available. A bottle of water is recommended though. There’s space to change in the studio.
Why is Slow Burn only for women?
Slow Burn is specifically designed as a safe space where women can train without pressure or judgement. The atmosphere, music and approach are fully tailored to this.
How long is a class?
A Slow Burn session lasts an hour and a half (20:00–21:30). The longer duration allows for a full build-up and a calming finish.
